Communication and R&I support network for ESFs and Federal Departments

Counting on a strengthening of its NCP cell (national contact points) and on the expertise of agents from the “Research and Space” General Directorate, the Belspo Coordination service proposes the establishment of a communication and support network R&I (name still to be defined), responsible for meeting the above-mentioned needs, with the active assistance of the ESFs and, in the medium term, federal departments and federal centers linked to R&I. The network will allow a relevant, structured exchange of information and effective in European and international (as well as, where appropriate, regional and national) policy and funding. It will cover funding programs such as the European Framework Programs, but will also serve as a center for information and support on instruments such as European Research Infrastructures or European R&I Partnerships.

S'appuyant sur un renforcement de sa cellule NCP (points de contact nationaux) et sur l'expertise des agents de la Direction Générale « Recherche et Espace », le service Belspo Coordination propose la mise en place d'un réseau de communication et d'accompagnement R&I (nom encore à définir) , chargé de répondre aux besoins mentionnés ci-dessus, avec le concours actif des FSE et, à moyen terme, des départements fédéraux et des centres fédéraux liés à la R&I. Le réseau permettra un échange d'informations pertinent, structuré et efficace en matière de politique et de financement européens et internationaux (ainsi que, le cas échéant, régionaux et nationaux). Il couvrira des programmes de financement tels que les programmes-cadres européens, mais servira également de centre d'information et de soutien sur des instruments tels que les infrastructures européennes de recherche ou les partenariats européens de R&I.

Rekenend op een versterking van zijn NCP-cel (nationale contactpunten) en op de expertise van agenten van de Algemene Directie “Onderzoek en Ruimte”, stelt de Coördinatiedienst van Belspo de oprichting voor van een communicatie- en ondersteuningsnetwerk O&I (naam moet nog worden gedefinieerd) , verantwoordelijk voor het voldoen aan de bovengenoemde behoeften, met de actieve hulp van de ESF's en, op middellange termijn, federale departementen en federale centra die verband houden met O&I. Het netwerk zal een relevante, gestructureerde uitwisseling van informatie mogelijk maken en effectief zijn in Europees en internationaal (en, waar passend, regionaal en nationaal) beleid en financiering. Het zal financieringsprogramma's omvatten zoals de Europese Kaderprogramma's, maar zal ook dienen als een centrum voor informatie en ondersteuning over instrumenten zoals Europese onderzoeksinfrastructuren of Europese O&I-partnerschappen.
